Organic Gardening Workshops
The National Trust are conducting a series of one day gardening workshops at the Norman Lindsay Gallery in the Blue Mountains.
Workshop Subjects Included
- Weed control without chemicals
- Mulching trees and garden beds
- Compost making using aerobic methods
- Native bush regeneration and seed collecting
- Tool selection, Care and maintenance
- Introduction to Occupational Health and Safety
- Building a vegetable and Herb Garden
- Organic Pest Control
- Tour of Norman Lindsay Gallery and Bushwalk
Cost
The cost for the Organic Gardening Workshops is $30 per person, with a maximum of 10 per workshop.
Times
These gardening workshops run from 11am to 3pm.

Bookings are essential and may be made at the Gallery. Contact the Gallery for bookings.

- Sunglasses, Hat, Sunscreen
- Shoes or Boots suitable for bushwalking
- Gloves if you have them
- Water bottle and a Picnic Lunch
